Let Workhappy Take Care of More In-depth Assessments for Employees Requiring Special Attention
You may have employees who have ongoing problems with backache, WRULD (Work Related Upper Limb Disorder), or other underlying medical issues. If so, it’s your legal responsibility to perform due diligence by properly assessing their risks. In such cases, an online self assessment, virtual assessment or basic DSE assessment isn’t usually sufficient.
Workhappy Ergonomic Workstation Assessments are in-depth and thorough. Once the ergonomic desk assessment has been completed, you’ll have all the information you need to make reasonable adjustments to your workspace and adopt best practices in line with The Health & Safety at Work Act and current DSE regulations.
We have several staff members who have specific DSE related needs like back pain, sciatica RSI to name a few. Workhappy quickly carried out their assessments. Then they told us exactly what we needed to do to meet our obligations, and to keep our team members safe and comfortable.
This assessment offers more in-depth advice, training and education for individuals with specific needs.
That includes:
Analysis of Symptoms and medical diagnosis
Work pattern analysis
In depth ergonomic training
Comprehensive report and action plan
The assessment is carried out by a NEBOSH qualified assessor. It lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, so it won’t take up too much of your time. Following the assessment, you’ll get a detailed report outlining symptoms and diagnosis, work habits, and training given. Most importantly, it also provides a remedial action plan so you can minimise risk and improve health and safety for your employees.
A NEBOSH qualified assessor with expertise in workplace ergonomics and risk management will undertake the assessment. They can be carried out as an in-person assessment or remotely, whichever is convenient.
Our assessments don’t just identify possible risks, they tell you exactly what to do to mitigate them. Your report will give you practical step-by-step guidance on what to do next.
Like you, we want your staff to be able to work happy! Our assessments put your employees first, giving you the tools you need to help them work in complete comfort and safety.
If you have an employee who needs support, it’s your legal obligation to provide them with it. Let us help - we’ve got you covered.
